UFC star Nick Diaz has shared his reaction to former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey getting married over the weekend.
On Wednesday, Diaz shared a picture of Rousey with her husband Travis Browne from their wedding.
“Congrats to (Ronda Rousey) one of my best friends ever and her ole man (Travis Browne),” Diaz wrote on Instagram.
Rousey has spent time training with the Diaz brothers throughout her MMA career.
Since losing her last fight, Rousey seems to be happy without competing in the UFC. Rousey has shown no interest in returning to the sport following her loss to UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes back in December.
Even though Rousey has not officially retired, many people in the sport, including UFC President Dana White, have speculated that she is done competing.
Diaz is in a similar situation as Rousey. He appears to have found happiness outside of the sport and hasn’t shown interest in making a return to the Octagon.
