You can already start placing bets on the upcoming UFC title fight between UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping and former UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre.
Despite not fighting in four years, St-Pierre is the favorite going into his fight with Bisping.
Not only has St-Pierre not competed in four years, but he has also never fought as a middleweight in the UFC.
Many sportsbooks have St-Pierre as a -155 favorite over Bisping, who is a +125 underdog.
Bisping is expected to fight St-Pierre at UFC 217, which will be the UFC’s second event to take place at the historic Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Bisping has not fought since successfully defending his title against Dan Henderson at UFC 204 back in October. Prior to that fight, Bisping won the UFC title by knocking out Luke Rockhold in June 2016. Bisping earned his title opportunity by winning a decision against former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva.
St-Pierre has not fought since Nov. 2013. In his last fight, St-Pierre defeated Johny Hendricks, and successfully defended his title for the ninth consecutive time. After the fight, St-Pierre relinquished his title and took a break from the UFC.
