On Saturday, the UFC crowned a new contender in the welterweight division.
At a UFC Fight Night in Mexico City, Niko Price defeated Alan Jouban by TKO in the first round.
During their fight, Price landed a brutal punch followed by a kick led to the end of the fight. After connecting, Price swarmed Jouban until the referee stepped in and stopped the fight.

Price is currently undefeated. He has an overall MMA record of 10-0 with one no contest. Seven of Price’s wins have come by TKO.
The one no contest on his record came against Alex Morono in his last UFC fight. Price had originally won the fight by knockout but the fight was overturned after Price tested positive for marijuana use.
