Report: Ronda Rousey Begins Pro-Wrestling Training With WWE’s Assigned Trainer

Former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey is starting to train in professional wrestling in order to compete in the WWE.

According to the Fightful Podcast, Rousey is training with WWE star Brian Kendrick to prepare for her in-ring WWE debut.

Rumors have been spreading about Rousey competing in the WWE. Many of her Four Horsewomen stable mates have connections to the premier wrestling organization.

Rousey’s close friend Shayna Baszler recently signed with the WWE. She is competing in the inaugural Mae Yong Classic. Also, Four Horsewomen member Marina Shafir is engaged to WWE star Roderick Strong. Shafir has been featured on WWE television, along with her fiance, on numerous occasions.

Rousey recently hinted at some major news coming soon on her official website. With her training in professional wrestling, her big news may be that she plans to compete in the WWE soon.

Rousey made her first WWE appearance back in 2015. At WrestleMania 31, Rousey came out of the crowd to support Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
