Justin Buchholz, the head coach of Team Alpha Male, got into a street fight when he first moved to Sacramento, California.
On Tuesday, Buchholz told the story of his street fight during the latest episode of Stud Radio.
Ten years ago, Buchholz got into a fight at a club while hanging out with other members of his team. The altercation began after a couple of guys started a fight with one of his friends.
Buchholz and another member of his team approached the two larger men and that’s when the fight began.
“I grab the guy around the waist and I start hooking him from behind. I land right on his chin and he gets knocked out and falls in front of me,” Buchholz said.
“Then the next thing I know, the (second) guy is getting up (after his friend took him down) and I give him all of these uppercuts and he falls down. He gets knocked out.”
