The UFC has released footage from UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor’s training camp.
McGregor is currently preparing to make his professional boxing debut. In just over two weeks, McGregor will fight boxing icon Floyd “Money” Mayweather.
In preparation for the fight, McGregor is training at the new UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.
On Friday, the UFC shared a video of McGregor training in their new facility. In the video, McGregor is seen training in a special UFC boxing ring.
Later in the day, McGregor is scheduled to host a media day at the facility.
McGregor will fight Mayweather in a 12-round boxing match that will be fought at 154 pounds. The fight will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
McGregor will be taking his lethal striking power and testing it in the world of boxing. McGregor’s knockout power has resulted in him winning two different UFC titles.
