It would appear that some of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) competitors recently attended an Impact professional wrestling event. However, the mixed martial artists did not stay passive during their time at the match.
During the event, UFC welterweight Colby Covington decided to take things into his own hands be pulling referee Brian Hebner to into the crowd and choking him out. Covington was not the only American Top Team member in attendance, as Gleison Tibau made his presence known as well.
After the incident, Brian Hebner took to Twitter to state “Hey @ColbyCovMMA don’t know why you tried to choke me out. Key word is “Tried”!! You should have finished the job son @IMPACTWRESTLING #123″
