UFC lightweight contender Kevin Lee recently shared his thoughts on UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.
News broke of Jones failing another drug on Tuesday. It appears Jones failed an in-competition test given to him by the U.S Anti-Doping Agency the day before he fought Daniel Cormier at UFC 214.
After hearing the news, Lee said he was upset with Jones and said his career is done.
“I’m so upset with this (expletive),” Lee said. “Listen, that (expletive) is done, bro. I’m so upset. He popped for a steroid too, like an actual steroid. (Expletive), you know how much money…”
Lee went on to say that Cormier may actually murder Jones for ruining his life. At UFC 214, Jones regained the UFC title after knocking out Cormier in the third round of their title fight.
“DC is going to kill that (expletive),” Lee said. “DC is going to murder that (expletive). He ruined DC’s life. Bro, he’s going to murder that (expletive). Bro, he’s going to murder him, like seriously. He’s going to send somebody to his house and murder this (expletive). I would stab that (expletive) in his sleep.”
Lee is currently preparing for his first title opportunity in the UFC. At UFC 216, on Oct. 7, Lee will fight fellow lightweight contender Tony Ferguson for an interim lightweight title.
