Tickets are not selling well for the highly anticipated boxing match between Floyd “Money” Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.
There are still thousands of seats available inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
In an attempt to sell more tickets, fans can now buy up to six tickets at once. Before, there was a two ticket limit.
One major reason for the low ticket sales is due to the ticket prices. As of today, the cheapest ticket to watch the fight is live is over $1,600.
Overall, fans will have to buy a lot more than they are used to in order to watch McGregor’s next fight. Not only are tickets for the fight more expensive, but the pay-per-view price is much higher as well. To watch the fight live on pay-per-view, fans must pay almost $100.
Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Saturday, August 26.
Day 4 of Mayweather-McGregor ticket sales winding down. Still more than 3000+ seats, TM changed limits from 2 to 6 to try to move tickets.
