An exciting night of fights took place in Edmonton, Canada last night. The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted UFC 215 inside Edmonton’s Rogers Place arena for an intense night of octagon performances. Among them, UFC bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes faced off against returning opponent Valentina Shevchenko for the night’s main event.
Nunes and shevchenko ultimately went the distance after five technical rounds of battle. In the end, Amanda Nunes earned a split decision victory over her opponent. However, the official decision has since drawn some controversy.
