Boxing’s Adrien Broner Ridicules Conor McGregor In New Statement

Former boxing champion Adrien Broner recently ridiculed UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor during a recent interview.

While talking to TMZ Sports, Broner said McGregor should focus on his career in the UFC and stay away from the sport of boxing.

“He shouldn’t box no more. He just made a (expletive) ton of money. Go back to the UFC,” Broner said.

“You got to understand, Floyd, he’s an older Floyd. So if he fights anybody else, he’s going to fight a young lion who is going to make an example out of his (expletive). He should just run. Go have fun.”

McGregor made his professional boxing debut last month. Even though he had shining moments throughout the fight, McGregor lost to Floyd “Money” Mayweather by TKO in the 10th round.

During his interview with TMZ, Broner was also asked if he would be interested in fighting McGregor in a boxing match.

“If he wants this work, I’ll (expletive) him up,” Broner said. “But other than that, I just want him to stay away from this (expletive).”
