Former UFC title challenger Kenny Florian has given UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor some advice on how to be a better boxer.
Last month, McGregor made his professional boxing debut in one of the biggest fights in combat sports history. Even though McGregor had shining moments in his first boxing match, he was defeated by Floyd “Money” Mayweather by TKO in the 10th round.
In the video below, Florian breaks down McGregor’s performance against Mayweather. He also gives the UFC champion advice on what he can do better at in the future. Florian specifically talks about how McGregor can prepare for other strikers in the UFC such as Nate Diaz.
Florian retired from the sport of MMA after losing a title fight to Jose Aldo back in 2011. Throughout his UFC career, Florian fought in four different weight classes and also fought for the UFC lightweight title.
