It would appear that the UFC is considering yet another cross-promotional match up. However, this time, the mixed martial arts promotion is looking to keep things inside the octagon.
As reported by Boxing Kingdom, “NEWS: @danawhite has been in contact with Eddie Hearn on a potential fight for July 2018. Anthony Joshua v Alistair Overeem – in the Octagon.”
Boxing champion Anthony Joshua recently revealed that he would be interested in facing a mixed martial artist in a mixed rules bout. Now, it would appear that the boxer may be making an appearance in the UFC next summer.
