The Truth Behind Jon Jones B-Sample Revealed? And We May Never Know The Result

MMA fans may never know the truth about the results of UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones B-sample.

Last month, it was revealed Jones tested positive for a banned substance from an in-competition sample taken the day before he fought Daniel Cormier at UFC 214.

After the news broke of Jones’ failed drug test, the UFC champion claims to be innocent and was waiting to have his second sample tested to see if it tests positive for the same banned substance.

Even though the U.S Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) are testing Jones’ B-sample, they will not publicly release the results of the test. According to USADA’s policy, only Jones has the right to release the results, and there is no telling whether or not the UFC champion will ever release that information to the public.

With this being Jones’ second failed USADA drug test, he may be facing a suspension for up to four years. If it is proven he knowingly took performance-enhancing drugs, he will most likely be stripped of his title and have his win against Cormier overturned.
