After four weeks with no UFC events, the UFC returned on Saturday with a Fight Night event in the Rotterdam.
The card opened with a lightweight battle featuring Thibault Gouti and Andrew Holbrook.
Holbrook was the aggressor at the start of the fight. He went for a takedown, but Gouti stayed on his feet. Holbrook continued to threaten with the takedown, but Gouti kept stopping them. Gouti began having success landing punches. Holbrook also landed strikes, but Gouti’s strikes appeared to do more damage. Gouti then dropped Holbrook with a head kick. He swarmed Holbrook on the ground, but Holbrook got back to his feet. Gouti then unloaded on Holbrook and finished the fight.
