The UFC returned to the Netherlands on Saturday with a Fight Night event in Rotterdam.
In the final preliminary fight, welterweights went to battle when Darren Till fought Bojan Velickovic.
Both fighters traded blows to start off their welterweight fight. Till then dropped Velickovic with a clean elbow. Till swarmed him on the ground and Velickovic held onto to Till and regained his composure. Velickovic got back to his feet and both fighters once again exchanged strikes.
Till landed a clean jab to start off the second round. Till continued to land clean shots. He taught a kick and got the fight to the ground. From on top, Till landed hard punches and elbows. Velickovic used a guillotine attempt to get back to his feet. Velickovic had success landing leg kicks. The round ended with Velickovic continuing to land shots.
Velickovic came out aggressive in the final round. Till caught a kick and threw a brutal elbow. Velickovic went for a takedown to no avail. Both fighters then traded hard punches in the center of the Octagon. Till then dropped Velickovic with a right hand and allowed him to get back up. Till landed an elbow and Velickovic responded with a right hand of his own. For the remainder of the fight, both fighters attempted to throw fight-ending strikes.
