UFC Veteran Paul Kelly Out of Prison, Following Five Year Stint For Drug Trafficking

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) competitor Paul Kelly was found guilty of heroin trafficking within the United Kingdom in 2013. However, it would appear that the fighter has been released from prison.

Over his Instagram, Paul Kelly stated “First day out in near 5 years lived up to all my expectations, love my kids all the world my pineapple @jaszmin_x_x and our little dog Dimond.”

Kelly earned a professional record of 14-5 in his mixed martial arts career, with five of those wins deriving from the UFC.

It’s been a very long time since the MMA world has been visited by the U.K. striking star, and if things start going his way maybe we’ll see him back in the cage.

Kelly was a fighter who always delivered fan-friendly performances inside the cage. There’s no indication he plans on returning to the UFC, but we can only hope.
