Fans have been on the edge of their seats waiting to hear what’s next for Conor McGregor. The UFC megastar made his professional boxing debut earlier this summer against Floyd Mayweather Jr. “Notorious” survived nine rounds with the living pugilist legend, but suffered a TKO loss in the tenth round. That in mind, McGregor made the payday of his career with the loss. Since losing to the now 50-0 boxer, “Notorious” has been enjoying some time off with his estimated $100 million earnings.
Now Conor McGregor has taken to social media to reveal that he is currently working on something “big” with online betting organization BetSafe.
Over Instagram, McGregor stated “Down at Croke Park with my little champion tonight. I am working on something BIG with @betsafe down here. Stay tuned!”
As for what may come next for “Notorious” inside the octagon, McGregor has a few options. Newly crowned interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson is looking to unify his title in a battle against McGregor, making for the fighter’s most likely octagon return performance. That being said, many fans are hopeful for a trilogy rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz.
