Floyd Mayweather Has Returned To Training, Looks Sharp

Boxing’s pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr. earned his 50th straight victory when he defeated UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor via TKO.

It wasn’t the most competitive fight, but it was a spectacle for the ages.

“Thank you to all the fans for the support of the fight and the event!” Mayweather said in a social media post following his victory over McGregor. “Without your support we as fighters are nothing so I thank you all! Thank you to my team of coaches and training partners!”

Now that the MayMac chapter is behind us, Conor McGregor looks to return to the UFC. He is now expected to face the UFC’s interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson. Though, Nate Diaz and Paulie Malignaggi have both been tossed around as potential options.

When it comes to what’s next for Floyd, he insists that he’s retired. But he’s back in the gym, looking just as good as ever.
