It would appear that UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has a new message concerning her upcoming title defense.
Jedrzejczyk has put on a dominant performance during her mixed martial arts career. With a perfect record of 14-0, the fighter is still undefeated. Now the champion is gearing up for another exciting title defense. This time, Jedrzejczyk will be taking on tough contender Rose Namajunas.
“Thug” Rose Namajunas is riding an impressive submission victory over Michelle “Karate Hottie” Waterson from UFC on FOX 24. With that in mind, the fighter will be looking to dethrone the undefeated champion come Nov. 4.
UFC 217 goes down Nov. 4 inside the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York and will be available live on pay-per-view. On the night’s main card, Namajunas and Jedrzejczyk will be throwing down for an exhilarating title fight. In anticipation for the event, Jedrzejczyk has offered a short video of herself working hard on her striking. At the end of the video, the champion sends a message.
Here is what Jedrzejczyk had to say:
“On Nov. 4, at MSG in New York city, I will go to the garden and cut all the roses.”
