Another exciting night of fights is now in the books, as the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) finished their most recent event on Saturday. Inside the Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland, UFC Fight Night 118 saw welterweight contender Donald Cerrone and the undefeated Darren Till square off for division dominance. While the event offered series of entertaining performances, UFC commentator Joe Rogan claims more people were watching his live podcast than the day’s fight card.
While Darren Till is unranked, he made quick work of his opponent. With a swift first round TKO victory over “Cowboy,” Till added a 16th win to his undefeated professional mixed martial arts record. That being said, it would appear that one of the promotion’s veteran members believes the card did not hit too well with its fans.
During his podcast Joe Rogan Experience, Joe Rogan offered his live reaction to the day’s fights alongside co-host Brendan Schaub and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu founder Eddie Bravo. During the event, Rogan pointed out that over 40,000 people were tuned in for his live podcast. However, the UFC color commentator also pointed out that he doubted as many people were watching the actual fight card.
