Still, Demetrious Johnson put on a dominant performance in the fight. Ray Borg immediately attempted to apply pressure to his opponent, but was overcome by the flyweight champion. After grueling rounds of being out-grappled by “Mighty Mouse,” Demetrious Johnson landed a stunning submission for the win.
Suplexing Borg into the air, Johnson managed to transition into an armbar before Borg ever hit the mat. Stuck in a real-life tap or snap situation, Ray Borg ultimately tapped out.
