Michael Bisping Fires Shots At GSP, After GSP Says He Won’t Mind Losing

UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping says he's knocked out three of his training partners during sparring in preparation for UFC 217 against GSP.

UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping is getting ready to welcome former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre back into the octagon.

Georges St-Pierre has not competed in the UFC in nearly four years, having retired after a close decision victory over Johny Hendricks. But now “Rush” is returning to the UFC and him and Bisping have been going at it ever since.

In a recent  rant towards St. Pierre, the UFC middleweight king went off on why GSP accepted the fight, admitting that when the two once trained together it didn’t go well.

Bisping stated, “But in truth, he’s doing this because he thinks he can beat me. We trained together a long, long time ago and he out-wrestled me then. I didn’t know a double-leg from a Big Mac. So he still thinks he can out-wrestle me down and beat me. He didn’t want to fight Anderson Silva when he was the champion. He didn’t want to fight Luke Rockhold when he was the champion. So he’s looking at me as easy pickings. That’s why he’s focused on fighting me so much. And for all this talk, I say Georges is a fraud. And Canada, who looks at him as their champion — Canada’s champion is a f**king fraud.”

In the latest heated exchange, Michael Bisping has taken to Instagram to reveal that has become irate over a recent statement from the former welterweight champion.

Here is what Michael Bisping had to say:

“While filming promo stuff for UFC 217 @georgesstpierre said I don’t mind losing if I make money. George you are even more stupid than you sound. Does this look like the face of a man that’s happy to lose? I’m gonna really enjoy making you quit!”

Michael Bisping and Georges St-Pierre will face off in the main event of UFC 217. The fight goes down Nov. 4 inside the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York.
