“Thug” Rose Namajunas is a pretty no-nonsense type of fighter whose determination has led her to the top of the UFC’s strawweight division. Namajunas is looking to dethrone UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC 217, a feat no other fighter before her has been able to accomplish.
Namajunas has evolved quite a bit and her personality has definitely started to shine through more during the past few years. It was only prior to her fight with Paige VanZant that “Thug” Rose decided to shave her head.
“It’s a fight, not a beauty pageant, Sh*t’s in my way at practice … cut it off!” Rose Namajunas said on her social media.
At this point fans have gotten used to her shaved head but she definitely posted a lot of memorable pictures prior to that.
