The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) made a trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil for tonight’s UFC Fight Night 119. Fight fans are gathering around to see the highly anticipated octagon return of former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida, as the fighter will face off against Derek Brunson in tonight’s main event.
In the second preliminary match of the night, lightweights Jared Gordon and Hacran Dias threw down for an exciting fight.

Gordon began to up his volume of strikes, as he let loose a series of kicks and punches that forced Dias on his back foot.
Opening in the second round, Dias looked gassed. Taking advantage of the situation, Gordon began the round with a high output of strikes. Dias was not permitted a chance to rest, as his opponent earned a takedown and began raining down a series of blows. However, Gordon was not able to get a finish before the sound of the bell.
Diaz struggled to make it back to his corner after the end of the second round, as the fighter was extremely gassed. Opening in the third round, Gordon began to trade with Dias but an accidental eye poke brought the fight to a momentary pause.
