Mixed martial arts veteran Joe Riggs has achieved a storied career in the sport of MMA. The fighter is a former Strikeforce and UFC competitor, with wins over some seriously tough opponents. But, “Diesel” Riggs has now added another victory to his list of accomplishments.
Joe Riggs competed under the M-1 banner today. For his opponent, the MMA veteran faced off against Oleg Olenichev. Riggs took his opponent out in the third round, earning a TKO victory with a flurry of punches from the dominant position on the ground.
The win has put the MMA veteran on a five fight winning streak. Riggs’ most recent loss was to Chris Camozzi at UFC Fight Night 83 last year. Camozzi took out his opponent with a TKO of his own, earning Camozzi a stunning first round victory.
