Popular UFC female fighting strawweight Randa Markos is itching to get back into the UFC’s Octagon. Markos lost a close decision in Mexico City this past August in a fight she clearly thought she won.
“I believe I won last night.” Markos said on social media following the loss to Alexa Grasso. “It was close but I won.Was told that even though Alexa didn’t make weight I was still able to win FOTN this is discouraging sh*t.”
And with a fight card just a short drive from her hometown still in the works, the UFC female is offering her services to the UFC.
After not making the cut for UFC 218, Markos just made a public plea to the UFC brass to consider her as a last minute replacement, should a female fight fall-out.
Fighters enjoy a hometown scrap. Not only because they can skip fight week travels, but so their group of hometown supporters can attend.
The Canadian is still holding out hope that she’ll be included on the UFC’s Detroit card, which she made very clear in this new Tweet.
