UFC superstar Nate Diaz has not competed in mixed martial arts since August of 2016. However, it would appear that the fighter has now returned to training camp.
Jose Garcia is a strength and conditioning coach out of San Jose’s American Kickboxing Academy, with a longstanding history of training with Nate Diaz. The coach recently took to social media to reveal that Diaz is back in camp. He is a certified Diaz camp insider.
Over Instagram, Garcia said:
“You fight fans be ready.. Diaz Back to #asswhopping business.. fight camp we live #stricklybusiness #wardiaz #teamdiaz #stockton #ninjarecovery #bodybyjose #fight #fighter #camp #ufc #2017 #whocanbeagainstus”
Nate Diaz has put on a storied career in the world of mixed martial arts through the years. The fighter has gone on to form a rivalry with UFC megastar Conor McGregor, as Diaz choked out the now reigning lightweight champion back at UFC 196. McGregor would come back to earn a close decision victory over the fighter at UFC 202.
All of that in mind, it would appear that Nate Diaz has locked in another MMA performance, as the fighter is now back in training camp.
