Calderwood Pulls Out Of UFC Aus, Bec Rawlings Accepts Short Notice Replacement

A highly anticipated female bout between “Rowdy” Bec Rawlings and Joanne Calderwood has been scrapped from next week’s UFC return to Australia.

An undisclosed injury has forced Calderwood out of the UFC Figbt Night 121 bout on short-notice.

With less than two-weeks until fight night, Rawlings agreed to face a short-notice replacement in the form of Australian stand-out Jessy Rose-Clark.

Clark will be making her UFC debut, but boasts an impressive resume under the Invicta and Titan FC banners.

Rawlings vs. Rose-Clark will go down on November 18 from the Qudos Bannk Arena, in Sydney Australia. The night’s main event is set between Marcin Tybura and Fabricio Werdum.
