Dustin Poirier is set to headline Norfolk, Virginia’s UFC Fight Night 120 on Nov. 11. While the fighter has a tough opponent ahead of him Poirier is still taking the time to help a family in his community.
Dustin Poirier is set to face former UFC lightweight champion Anthony “Showtime” Pettis at UFC Fight Night 120 on November 18th in Norfolk, Virginia.
Poirier recently revealed over Twitter that he will be donating proceeds from selling his fight kit for UFC Fight Night 120 to a family in need.
“I will be selling my fight kit from my upcoming fight at UFC Fight Night 120. All of the proceeds will be going directly to the family of Corporal Michael Middlebrook, a 9-year veteran of the Lafayette, La., police department, who lost his life in the line of duty earlier this month. He left behind a wife and three daughters.”
