Conor McGregor has been making headlines as of late for an incident at Bellator 187. The UFC superstar was in attendance for his SBG Ireland teammate Charlie Ward’s performance on the night’s main card. Ward earned a first round TKO finish over his opponent and McGregor decided to take over the Bellator cage.
Reacting to Ward’s win, “Notorious” climbed the fence, had a confrontation with referee Marc Goddard and slapped a commissioner in the face. The intense moment has since been getting some attention from fight fans and media alike.
UFC interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson recently took to Twitter to shed his thoughts on McGregor’s latest incident. Ferguson is looking to unify his title in an epic match up with the UFC megastar, but has still taken the time to roast “McNuggets” for the Bellator 187 fiasco.
