New Bellator Commentator Mike Goldberg Was Cage Side For Conor's Melee, Wins Today's Internet

Earlier this year, veteran voice of UFC’s octagon Mike Goldberg was unjustly removed from his role as commentator under the new UFC ownership.

As such, he inked a deal with UFC’s rival, Bellator MMA.

“Goldie”, as he’s more affectionately known in the industry, was in attendance in Dublin calling the action for Bellator’s night of fights at Bellator 187 when Conor McGregor took over the show.

It may well have been McGregor’s first time inside the Bellator cage, but it wasn’t Goldie’s first time calling the action for an in-cage McGregor.

The former UFC commentator has called all of Conor McGregor’s UFC bouts, and with Conor in the Bellator cage on Friday night, Mike Goldberg confesses he was right at home.

Taking to Twitter after the chaos died down, Goldberg laid down a new classic on us.
