The UFC’s biggest rival over at Bellator MMA has put together a heavyweight tournament of epic proportion.
Slated to hit the big stage and try to be the last man standing in a field of 8 is, Fedor Emelianenko, Frank Mir, Chael Sonnen, Rampage Jackson, Ryan Bader, Roy Nelson, Matt Mitrione and King Mo.
Former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir has been set to debut in the tournament against Fedor Emelianenko. And now we have a second confirmed match up to open the tournament.
UFC veterans, Roy “Big Country” Nelson and Matt Mitrione will apparently face off in the first round as well.

With four of the eight man participating already slated for round one, all that’s left is to figure out the match ups between King Mo, Rampage Jackson, Ryan Bader, and Chael Sonnen, all of which are natural light-heavyweights.
