STACKED! UFC 219 Is Coming Together To Be Another Mega-Card

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is preparing for another awesome night of fights. This time, the mixed martial arts promotion is gearing up for UFC 219.

The event is set to go down Dec. 30 inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. and will feature the octagon return of top lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“The Eagle” was initially set to take on Tony Ferguson for the UFC lightweight interim title at UFC 209. However, Nurmagomedov was rushed to the hospital due to weight management issues. As a result, the night’s co-main event match up was cancelled last minute and Ferguson would go on to win the interim title in a battle against Kevin Lee at UFC 216.

Having recovered from the weight management issue, Nurmagomedov is making his big octagon return in the main event of UFC 219. The fighter is set to take on Edson Barboza for an exciting headliner.
