UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt is gearing up for his first title defense. For his opponent, “No Love” is taking on former teammate and former champion T.J. Dillashaw.
The two fighters have formed some bad blood over the years. Dillashaw once trained at Team Alpha Male alongside Cody Garbrandt. However, Dillashaw departed from the camp shortly after winning the UFC bantamweight title. Since then, the two fighters have become heated rivals. Now Daily Star’s Chisanga Malata has taken to social media to share a moment between Garbrandt and Dillashaw with the rest of the world.
While the two fighters are far from friends now, it would appear that the UFC competitors were not always that way.
