The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is making the final preparations for this weekend’s highly anticipated UFC 217 event. It all goes down Saturday night, Nov. 4, inside the Madison Square Garden Arena in New York and it will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
In the night’s greatly anticipated co-headliner, UFC bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt will be looking to make his first defense of his title as he takes on a former champion and a former teammate.
T.J. Dillashaw was once a member of the highly acclaimed training camp Team Alpha Male. However, the fighter departed from the gym shortly after earning the UFC bantamweight title. Ever since Dillashaw made his departure, there has been bad blood between him and now reigning champion Cody Garbrandt.
The two fighters will get a chance to settle the score come UFC 217. In anticipation for the event, many of the UFC’s top competitors have come forward with their predictions for the bantamweight title fight.
