Rose Namajunas put on the performance of her career at UFC 217 on Nov. 4. The fighter went toe-to-toe with one of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s most dominant competitors, UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk, on the night’s main card. With a stunning first round finish, Namajunas dethroned the previously undefeated fighter and earned herself the strawweight title.
As Jedrzejczyk was on an undefeated 14 fight winning streak, the first round finish was surely no small feat. Now the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has decided to commemorate the exciting moment with a claymation video.
In the video below, Rose Namajunas can be seen pulling out a move straight from the hit television show Stranger Things, as she finishes her opponent for the strawweight strap.
