CM Punk Has A Willing Dance Partner For His UFC Return … And It Actually Makes All The Right Sense

It’s been fifteen months since Phil “CM Punk” Brooks made his UFC debut, and now he has a suitable dance partner for a second fight in the Octagon.

Still holding out hope for a second chance on MMA’s biggest stage, CM Punk really needs an opponent more suitable for his skill set.

Thanks to a stint in pro-wrestling that’s made him a household name, Punk was ushered into the UFC on name recognition alone.

Unfortunately for the WWE mega-star, the UFC matched him up with then unbeaten Mickey Gall, a fighter who would prove himself to be more than just a prospect.

Out gunned in every aspect of their fight, Punk didn’t even land a single punch during his first round loss to Gall.

However, a fighter by the name of Mike Jackson, someone who’s actual occupation is an MMA journalist, is lobbying for the fight against CM Punk.

Just like Punk, Jackson has little hope of making any type of championship run inside the Octagon. His UFC debut was equally as lopsided of a loss as Punk’s was.
