When UFC super-star beat Conor McGregor in their March, 2016 main event at UFC 196 his star power grew ten-fold. The already immensely popular Stockton based fighter became an overnight splash across the globe. In his hometown Nate was honored with an iconic mural, much like the UFC mega-stars before him. It’s a right of passage for the Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor sized stars of the world, and now some jerk ruined it … And we think they need their ass kicked.
Nate Diaz hasn’t fought since rematching Conor McGregor in the UFC 202 main event, last year. Ever since, he’s been waiting on his promised trilogy fight, but McGregor has seemingly moved on, facing Floyd Mayweather, and now reportedly negotiating with Manny Pacquiao.
Most recently Diaz has been rumored to be facing UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, but nothing was ever confirmed much past the initial reports.
Well, all that being said, here’s the photo of Nate’s mural. Anyone who knows who did this, turn his or her butt in! It’s definitely not cool to deface one of mixed martial arts biggest stars.
