UFC Books Two Big Fights, Including The Long Awaited Return Of Donald Cerrone

It would appear that the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has locked in a series of exciting match ups for the promotion’s UFC schedule. UFC Fight Night 126 is set to go down inside the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas on Feb. 18, 2018. Now the exciting fight card has locked in a main event, as well as an additional match up to entice fight fans to the Austin arena.

Donald Cerrone is coming off of a tough first round TKO loss to undefeated rising MMA star Darren Till at UFC Fight Night 118. That being said, “Cowboy” is now set to headline UFC Fight Night 126.

Coming off of a three fight losing streak, Cerrone will be looking to get back inside the winning column as the fighter takes on Yancy Medeiros in the night’s headliner within the welterweight division. Medeiros, on the other hand, is currently on a three fight winning streak with each of his recent victories having been achieved with a finish.

UFC officials have also revealed that former Invicta FC bantamweight champion Tonya Evinger will now be facing Marion Reneau in Austin as well.

Evinger will be looking to bounce back from a TKO loss to Cris Cyborg. The two MMA warriors battled it out for the UFC female featherweight title, but Cyborg managed to get a stoppage victory over her opponent in the third round.

All in all, it would appear that the promotion has locked in some exciting match ups for upcoming UFC schedule.
