UFC Fighters React To the Death of Legendary MMA Coach

It was recently reported that longtime mixed martial arts coach Robert Follis has passed away. Now members of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) have decided to come forward with a few words concerning the recent news over social media.

Robert Follis was the head coach of Xtreme Couture, before leaving the position in November. Follis filled the head coach position at Team Quest in Portland, Oregon, which he co-owned, before joining the Xtreme Couture team. However, according to multiple reports from the coaching legend’s friends and teammates, Follis has now passed away. Still, the coache’s memory remains in the minds of countless budding mixed martial artists, friends and family.

Taking to Twitter, some of the toughest competitors from the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion have decided to come forward with their feelings. Former UFC title challenger and current UFC analyst Kenny Florian has come forward with a statement. Fellow UFC veteran Matt Brown and competitor Michael Chiesa have also decided to let their voices be heard on the coach’s passing. Check it out in the social media posts below:
