It would appear that one fight fan has earned an unexpected response from his favorite fighter UFC star Paige VanZant.
The officials over at Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) found a mega star in VanZant when they signed her in December 2013. After just one fight inside the octagon, the fighter inked a deal with Reebok to be one of the few fighters independently sponsored by the athletic apparel company. It wasn’t long before VanZant headlined her first-ever event in 2015 opposite of “Thug” Rose Namajunas at “UFC Fight Night: Namajunas vs. VanZant”.
Needless to say, fans took to VanZant quickly due to her exciting fighting style inside the octagon. Perhaps her good looks had an effect on this social media lover, as he took to Twitter to confess his love for VanZant. VanZant may have made him faint with her response back:
A fight fan named Ben first took to Twitter to state “Wow, I am so so so in love with you @PaigeVanzantUFC.”
VanZant was quick to respond to the fan with a message of her own. Responding to Ben, the fighter offered the fan a heart emoji.
Paige VanZant is now set to make her flyweight debut at UFC Fight Night 124. “12 Gauge” will be facing off against Jessica-Rose Clark for the match up, which goes down Jan. 14 in St. Louis, Missouri.
