UFC featherweight Chad Mendes is now hinting to a UFC return over social media.
Mixed martial arts warrior Chad Mendes has not competed inside the octagon since 2015. USADA flagged the fighter for an out-of-competition drug test, suspending the fighter until June 10, 2018.
As a fighter that suffers from psoriasis, Mendes is required to take particular substances to aid his condition. Among them, doses of growth hormones are often required for those suffering from the condition.
Taking to Instagram, Mendes simply stated “Tick tock……”
Mendes is 17-4 in his mixed martial arts career, with victories over some seriously talented and tough opponents. The fighter has gone on to face the likes of Conor McGregor, Jose Aldo, Clay Guida and Cub Swanson during his storied MMA career.
The fighter’s most recent victory was a first round TKO over Ricardo Lamas.
