The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is in Boston, Massachusetts tonight, Jan. 20, for the sport’s next highly anticipated fight card. This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion is hosting UFC 220 inside the TD Garden and live on pay-per-view for fans worldwide.
Kicking off the night’s event, lightweights Islam Makhachev and Gleison Tibau are throwing down for division dominance.
The round kicked off with Makhachev firing a quick jab at his opponent. However, Tibau side stepped the strike. Makhachev then sent the arena crowd on their feet with a devestating strike that struck Tibau to the canvas.
