Ronda Rousey is a UFC superstar. The former bantamweight champion went on to form one of the most dominant runs in the sport of mixed martial arts. Having never gone the distance in her exciting career, Rousey went on a 12 fight winning streak before suffering two consecutive losses inside the octagon.
While Rousey has yet to officially retire, the former title holder has yet to reveal any plans to return to the octagon. Now Rousey is finding other ways to spend her time. As of late, the former champion landed an executive producer position for a web series focused on the lives of modern fighters.
Rousey is now the executive producer for the web series Why We Fight on Verizon’s Go90 video service. True to the title, the series is focused on the motivations and struggles of the modern fighter. While Rousey may be an executive producer for the series, the fighter can still be seen in front of the camera from time to time.
Taking to Instagram, the former UFC bantamweight champion has decided to offer a quick look at the upcoming series. In the video, Rousey can be seen discussing the concept of Why We Fight and what the series means to her.
