Mixed martial arts promotion Bellator MMA hosted an exciting night of fights on Saturday, Jan. 20. Bellator 192 took place inside The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. The event featured a welterweight war for the title in the co-headliner, as champion Douglas Lima faced off against former UFC title challenger Rory MacDonald.

The two mixed martial arts warriors threw down for five brutal rounds, with “Red King” ultimately walking away with a title earning decision victory. That being said, Lima dealt some serious damage to his opponent during the fight.

With his brutal leg kicks, Lima managed to seemingly mangle MacDonald’s shin and leg during the match up. By the end of the fight, MacDonald had suffered massive swelling on his leg and was unable to walk out of the arena on his own.
