Rumors have been swirling that former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey will be making her debut in the WWE sometime soon. Now a new rumor claims that the former UFC champion may be making her big debut at WWE’s incipient Royal Rumble.
It was recently revealed that the WWE plans on including a women’s Royal Rumble for the first time at the upcoming event, making for a grand possible entrance for Rousey. Royal Rumble will take place Jan. 28.
Paul Levesque, better known by the WWE moniker Triple H, was spotted by TMZ out for dinner with Ronda Rousey, raising suspicion that the two were perhaps talking business. Levesque recently spoke with the Associated Press on the matter.
“We have nothing to announce at this time. But she’s a huge fan of what we do and she’s incredibly interested in what we do and the opportunities that lie there.
“We’re fans of hers and incredibly interested in what those opportunities could be with us. But there’s a lot of things to walk through. We’re talking. We’re having conversations.”
