UFC 220 Weigh In: With Time Running Out, D.C., Ngannou Yet To Show Up To Today’s Weigh In

All the fighters scheduled for tomorrow’s UFC 220 event except for headliner and co-headliner Francis Ngannou and Daniel Cormier have hit the scales to make their bouts official, and time is running out.

Today’s event started at 9:00 a.m. EST, and will go on until 11:00 a.m. EST.

The window for Cormier and Ngannou to make weight is closing by the minute, and they have yet to show up to make their bouts official.

Daniel Cormier is not allowed the typical one pound allowance, due to the title fight booking, and must come in at 205 pounds on the dot, or less.

The same with Francis Ngannou, who cannot weigh over 265 pounds in order to keep the status of tomorrow’s main event title fight intact.

UFC 220 features a UFC heavyweight world title fight in the night’s main event, between champion Stipe Miocic, and challenger Francis Ngannou. This fight alone is worth the price of admission, but the UFC has also booked a co-main event title fight in the form of Daniel Cormier and Volkan Oezdemir.
