While the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) manages to provide stunning knockout finishes at a steady pace within the sport of mixed martial arts, one of the week’s most brutal knockout performances comes courtesy of a recent hockey game.
The Edmonton Oil Kings faced off against the Swift Current Broncos on Sunday, Feb. 25. However, things quickly heated up between two of the night’s players, leading to a scuffle on the ice.
Edmonton Oil Kings’ Colton Kehler and Swift Current Broncos’ Tanner Nagel quickly found themselves toe-to-toe, tossing their sticks to the side. The fight ended quickly, as it only took a single landed strike to get the finish.
Colton Kehler smacked Nagel with a brutal overhand punch that sent the fighter slamming into the ice face first. Check out the brutal knockout finish within the video above.
