Wrestling is an intense and grueling sport. While an occasional elbow or loos hand my accidentally strike opponent, the true nature of the sport is perhaps needless to say within the grappling. That being said, these two high school wrestlers seem to prefer throws fists than shooting for takedowns.
In the video above, two high school wrestlers can be seen competing in a match. The wrestler in the bottom position struck his opponent with an elbow. Rather the blow was intentional or an accident, the wrestler’s opponent returned in kind with a flurry of ground and pound.
The referee simply viewed the exchange for a moment, before finally separating the two boys. The match was then allowed to continue once again, to everyone’s surprise.
